Handles and process Executive / Managers Payroll of ICON.
Prepares Monthly Salaries and Wages Report for Executive and Confidential employees.
Handles Timekeeping process of ICON and CMI - Head Office employees and Confidential employees.
Prepares Final Pay Computation of Executive / Confidential employees.
Supervises the timekeeping section for accurate, reliable and timely computation for payroll processing.
Act as point person to answers all concerns related to Compensation and benefits of all employees including Executive / Confidential employees.
Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
Prepares Personnel Action Memo (PAM) related to transfer and salary adjustment of CMI/ICON employees.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Benefits
Prepares Monthly Mandated Report such as SSS/Pag-Ibig/Philhealth/FLI Loan for Executive /Confidential employees.
In-Charge and currently working on the HRIS payroll System (touch link).
Administer company's employee benefits program, which may include retirement computation, leave benefits and policies, insurance policies on Health-related benefits such as HMO.
Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes for HMO facility.
Prepares Deed of Sale for Motorcyle acquisition of employees once done with payment terms.
Ensures and conduct community wage and salary surveys to establish a data base for effective salary and benefits compensation;
Conduct Benchmarking, Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
Monitoring government mandated benefits regulations, legislation, and benefits.
Conducting periodic pay surveys and pay structure per employees' position.
