About Our Client
Our client is a Leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, developing medicines to prevent and treat disease for people and patients all over the world.
Job Description
Partners with business leaders to drive HR strategy, align HR programs with business objectives, and consults on HR matters for people managers and team members.
Supports, coaches and advises managers on HR-related issues, such as performance management, employee relations, talent development, and compensation, etc.
Supports development and execution of HR programs and initiatives
Spearhead HR projects and initiatives from strategizing to roll-out, collaborating with HR resources and cross-functional teams
Support organization reviews and develop organization development initiatives
Support in strategizing of compensation and benefits policies to attract, retain and motivate employees.
Implement performance management processes and systems, ensuring adherence and effective usage across the organization
Supports leaders and team members in career progression and succession, assessing and ensuring strong technical and leadership capabilities by preparing and implementing development plans
Collate and analyze HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
Promotes a culture of inclusion, diversity, and belonging, acting as an advocate for employees and ensuring positive and harmonious work environment.
Reviews and updates Human Resources policies, procedures and practices to support the organization's business objectives
Keeps up with best practices and industry trends, and sharing insights with the HR team and relevant stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration is preferred
Experience working in Multinational company, and multicultural setting
Strong Business acumen, able to understand commercial aspects of business and enact change and transformation through HR to support business objectives
Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
Well versed with Labour code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, thrives in fast-paced, matrix environment and influence senior leadership
