Overall administration and preparation of payroll computation and its releasing.
Maintains an updated monitoring of Logs, Leave Credits, Employee Benefits and Loans.
Monitors payroll concerns and performs necessary adjustments.
Maintains and administers biometric enrollment for newly hired employees.
Facilitates employee clearances and computes for the last pay of resigned employees.
Ensures timely processing of employees' government claims such as but not limited to SSS benefits, PHIC and etc.
Processes payment for monthly government remittances for all employees
Submits complete and on-time all reportorial requirements under Compensation and Benefits.
Ensures renewal of SSS, PHIC and HDMF clearances.
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
