HR ASSOCIATE
 
Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Associate to join our team. This multifaceted role encompasses various aspects of human resources, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process, preparing orientation materials for new hires.
Benefits Administration:
Support employees with benefits inquiries.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth benefit program operation.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
Identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and meeting scheduling.
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in human resources or a related role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
