JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assuring that HR's talent acquisition process and standards are met. Administer daily general HR tasks in accordance with Human Resource Department's standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Responsible for two shared service HR activities of the company primarily:
○ Talent Acquisition and
○ Payroll, Benefits, and Administration
○ Employee and Labor Relations
● Ensures that the entire talent acquisition process is efficiently and effectively executed.
● Scan resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedules and conducts preliminary interviews of applicants, and facilitates pre-interview exams.
● Conducts orientation of newly accepted employees facilitating their integration into a new working environment ensuring they adapt well.
● Monitors and maintains all employee records including but not limited to employee profiles, employment contracts of casual, seasonal, temporary, probationary, and regular employees, and other employment requirements.
● Assist in administering statutory and non-statutory benefits processes (SSS, Phil Health, HDMF, other employment benefits such as loans, salary increases) accordingly which includes employee enrollment, filing of updates, amendments to employee records, and processing of claims and other benefits.
● Assist with the distribution of evaluations
● Prepares and Issues Notice to Explain, Disciplinary Actions
● Responds to HR-related queries
● Compile HR records and prepares monthly HR performance reports.
● Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
· College graduate with a degree in Business Administration. A major in Human Resources is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A candidate with two (2) or more years of experience has an advantage.
Pleasing personality and excellent behavior conduct.
Must have above-average human relational skills.
Has knowledge or background in basic HR-related tasks.
Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Excellent administrative skills, organized, with excellent work ethics, very flexible, multi-tasking, patient and understanding.
Good to excellent communication skills.
Willing to be assigned in San Nicolas, Manila
