Establish and post job vacancies on different job portals.
Effectively source candidates based on manpower requirements on different job portals.
Conducts screening interview and do necessary endorsements to applicants for next interview.
Schedule and organize job interviews with suitable candidates (screening, 2nd level and final interview).
Conducts character background checking of the qualified candidate prior to onboarding.
Issuance of list of pre-employment requirements to qualified or hired candidates.
Prepare necessary documents, job description for all newly hired employees.
Maintain good relationship with all candidates and employees.
Update the applicant's database on a weekly basis.
Introduce (route) new employees.
Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are complete for 201 filing.
Prepare ATM Request Letter for all new hires.
Properly endorse government documents for processing to the Liaison Clerk/Messenger
Training and Development * Assist in identifying the training and development needs of employees
Search for training providers and coordinate with them the possible seminar/training courses needed by the employees.
Assist in all internal and external training programs and events in the company
