The HR Associate for Talent Acquisition and Placement will be responsible for the following:
Facilitates and assists in end-to-end recruitment process across all brands of Healthy Options
Screens, interview candidates and conducts required pre-employment tests to assess "fitness" of candidates in terms of qualifications and interests.
Prepares job adverts, checks application forms, shortlists, interviews and selects candidates for endorsement to different line managers
Manages online job portals
Other tasks
Works closely with third party service partners regarding manpower requirements and assuring timely placement of vacancies
Handles cases of third party personnel such as incident reports forwarded by line managers
Accurate and timely processing of reconciled invoices from service partners and suppliers
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
Must have at least 1 year of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
Employer branding experience is a plus
