HR Associate (URGENT HIRING)
Expected Start Date: July 2021
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range :
Php 18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
Facilitate end-to-end recruitment
Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
Assisting with employee relations
Company-wide committee facilitation and participation
Company employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services
Maintaining the employee files and the HR filing system
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Exposure in Human Resources areas such as recruitment and compensation and benefits
Employee Relations and Organizational Development knowledge is an advantage but not required
Call center or IT industry experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good interpersonal relations, including an ability to present insights and recommendations
Highly analytical skills with problem solving capability
Must have excellent multi-tasking ability, a sense of urgency, keen attention to details, organized, resourceful, and good sense of judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willing to travel and do field work, if needed
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
