1. Maintenance and updating of employee benefits records.
2. Coordinate insurance provider in understanding and utilization of employee benefits information, usages and any free programs provided by the insurance agency.
4. Add to, delete from, or update the employee benefits master file.
5. Update and maintain records for SSS, HDMF and PHIC contribution and loan remittances and records of employees.
6. Enroll and register newly hired employees to all government agencies (SSS, HDMF. PHIC & BIR).
7. Update reports of resigned employees to SSS, HDMF, PHIC and HMO provider.
8. Preparing deduction/contribution reports for each payroll.
9. Monitoring and updating of employee availability of leave credits and balances.
10. Spearhead the scheduling and arrangement of annual physical exam (APE) to all companies.
11. Process company provided benefits for employee (e.g bereavement, financial assistance, & others)
12. Monitor, update and process company provided benefit for employee e.g communication, incentives, commission.
13. Assist and coordinate in reviewing salary structure and merit rating award.
14. Assist in reviewing employee performance evaluation in identifying awards, merits and promotional status.
