JOB DESCRIPTION
Process, update, and report monthly mandatory government contributions and loans(if applicable) for SSS, Philhealth, and PAG-IBIG of all employees.
Oversee and entertain employees concerns on government - related contributions.
Conduct monthly inspections or validations of the workers in the clients' place of work.
Assist in the implementation of the company-wide activities for the Corporate Social Responsibility program.
Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or any business related course.
With at least 2-years work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits.
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Requires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employees
Good written and oral communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
