Qualifications & experience
Must be a graduate of Accountancy or accounting-related course
With a least 1-5 years of work-related experience; salary dependent on qualifications and experiences
Knowledgeable in MS office applications
Knowledgeable in any accounting software (Xero; Quickbooks; SAP and others)
Good in oral communication and with effective business writing skills
Good grasp of accounting principles and procedures
With good analytical skills; with minimum supervision
Must be organized; team player; detail oriented; flexible and can adapt easily to new environment
Willing to be assigned to client's work location (within Metro Manila and Laguna)
Adaptability to client's work environment and requirements
Tasks & responsibilities
End to end accounting or partial accounting services (i.e. payables; receivables; inventory; fixed assets etc.)
Responsible in maintaining financial records including receipts; invoices and tax forms
Responsible in reconciliation of bank statements; accounts payable, receivable
Responsible in maintaining general ledger accounts
Assist in preparation of operating budget, financial statements and reports
