Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Psychology or related discipline.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the General HR functions
Familiar with HRIS is a plus

The position is generally responsible in assisting the HR team in the over-all delivery of HR services. He/she provides all support to HR Bakeshop operation such as Compensation & Benefits administration, Timekeeping, Employee Engagement & Relations and Recruitment. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skills in effective basic assistance especially on problem solving concerning on employee's welfare.
