Carry out human resources programs by providing human resources services, including onboarding of new employees, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
Conducts orientation of new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Serves as a point person for all new employee questions.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Others tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
Must have at least 1 year of experience as an HR Admin/Assistant
Has above average English communications skills (written and verbal)
Must have a strong interpersonal relations
Flexible and result oriented individual
