Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding| Employee Life Cycle
Carries out recruitment process from sourcing, screening, initial interview and testing, job offers.
Proactively reaches out to both active and passive candidates, using various sourcing methods to meet the hiring service level agreement.
Coordinates with the Department to understand the needs of the organization and how it translates to the requested position by ensuring that the job description properly reflects the requirements from the role.
Regularly updates the Department on the status of their request and works with the unit in coming up with alternative solutions on challenges encountered.
Ensures completeness of applicant records and all pertinent pre-employment requirements, and coordinates such documents to the concerned People Ops Department in a timely manner.
Monitors the recruitment activities by updating the recruitment tracker on a daily basis, ensuring completeness of information.
Monitors the employment schedules and employment periods of employees (e.g. employment start date, probationary period, end of employment etc.), and makes sure that the necessary processes are complied with in a timely manner in preparation for regularization.
Compensation and Benefits/Payroll
Provide guidance and assistance to employees on how to avail of employee or statutory benefits, issue related documents, check and review application forms for government benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC & BIR). Compute for SSS maternity/sickness benefits.
Time keeping, check and validate employee time entries in the Payroll System.
Generate and process payroll every 15th and 30th / 31st of the month.
Employee and Labor Relations
Ensure implementation of Code of Conduct and awareness of employees on new policies and procedures.
Ensure proper due diligence on any employee relations such as Notice to Explain (NTE), Disciplinary Action (DA), Notice of Decision (NOD) and other memo for issuance.
Update and maintain organization charts for MadEats.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Report issues and concerns of employees and problems encountered to superior. Provide a 'safe space' for people to voice concerns confidentially.
People Operations Engagement
Initiate and drive People initiatives specifically to drive engagement, ownership mentality, and overall work-life satisfaction (example: benefit, employee appreciation, etc.) Provides assistance in developing/improving internal processes to contribute to work efficiency.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implement the execution of routine activities to support the overall People Ops Department objectives.
Other Administrative Functions
Assists in monitoring, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating all the People Ops projects, keeping track of the deliverables, timelines, agreements, including possible sustainability measures.
Ensures all accountabilities are delivered, including payments etc. Assists in budgeting for the department's operational requirements.
Documents all meetings, proceedings, and events internally.
Performs all other duties as may be reasonably required of the position, in accordance with the instructions of the Immediate Supervisor, and its duly authorized representative.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
