1. Administrative. Facilitates monitoring, procurement and maintenance of HR company assets (i.e., bundy clock, finger scanner, staff house or hotel accommodation etc.)
2. Employee Engagement: Roll out of value-added corporate and DOLE-
initiated programs and activities for the employees.
3. HR Communication: Formulation and review of announcements, guidelines and memos
4. Government Liaison and Compliance: Processing and submission of government-required and related reports; review and audit of compliance with Dole and other government units related to employee welfare.
