Primarily responsible for administrative support to the Timekeeping and performing a variety of clerical Human Resources functions. This position also maintains the Compensation and Benefits databases, ensures the timeliness of the administration of Government Mandated Benefits.
Monitor employees' DTR (Daily Time Record) information
Submit daily attendance report
Document and monitor employees on leave, official business, overtime, undertime, etc.
Conduct the timekeeping process in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner
Document, investigate, seek for approval and adjust the employees' payroll concerns
Submit all the necessary timekeeping reports to the Accounting department for payroll processing, in a timely manner
Maintain the timekeeping and payroll database
Closely monitor the employees with habitual absences and report tardiness memo
Receive, investigate and address the HRIS-related concerns of employees
Prepares SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG monthly government reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least bachelor's / college degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Equivalent
Preferably at least 1 years strong experience in HR field especially in timekeeping & compenben
Experience in handling HRIS is an advantage
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
