THE JOB
As an HR Assistant, your primary role is to assist the daily end-to-end recruitment process as well as keep records and candidate databases updated. You will be assisting and helping with employees retentions and relations and assist the HR Manager on other tasks that will be assigned to you,
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the daily end-to-end recruitment process
- Update records and databases, send post-interview emails and initial interview emails
- Screen candidates using recruitment tools
- assist initial interviews and conduct initial interviews/screening
- Assist during onboarding, helps in creating onboarding materials and checklists
- Follow up on employees' requirements and helps in doing background checks
- Assist with final interviews and scheduling interviews
- Checking of employees daily reports and activities
Must haves:
- No experience is required but having an experience with End to End Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits is a plus
- Good to excellent communication Skills
- Computer/laptop must be i3 4gb and up / Internet speed minimum of 5 mbps
Plus but not required:
- Knowledge in Training and Development
- BPO Recruitment Setting
- Retention and Relations
