Primary Function: Responsible for providing key administrative, analytical and technical support to the Benefits and Payroll Manager in the implementation of statutory and company-initiated benefits for Food Group employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact of employees in the resolution of their benefits-related concerns and queries.
Coordinates with concerned third-party companies and government agencies to resolve benefits concerns of employees.
Maintains an updated employee benefits records/database.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly billings and preparation of vouchers for payment of fees due to insurance companies, HMOs etc.
Prepares necessary benefits-related reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensures annual enrollment of employees (and dependents if applicable) in HMO, group life and group accident insurance, travel insurance etc.
Prepare, collect, organize and review data for actuarial assessment prior to submission to the Benefits and Payroll Manager.
Orients new employees on statutory and company benefits due them.
Provides recommendation/s and to the Benefits and Payroll Manager on benefits enhancements/improvements and changes.
Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations as far as statutory benefits are concerned.
Regularly update and provide benefits forms.
Updates employees on changes and/or improvements in statutory and company-initiated benefits.
