Handles job rotation of employees based on their performance and taking corrective steps for possible transfer from one job to another within the organization.
Updates the management on employee's concerns and issues.
Enters personnel data and maintains records.
Develops and interprets policies.
Explores new alternatives which may benefit the organization and make recommendations for possible implementation.
Understands and relates to employees as individuals, thus identifying individual needs, career goals, creating an open door to employee grievances, feedback counseling and managing staff effectively.
Develops positive interactions between workers, to ensure collated and constructive enterprise productivity and development of a uniform organizational culture.
Prepares and compiles monthly government reports (SSS, Philhealth & HDMF).
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
1 year experience in HR.
Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
