Performs various recruitment functions such as sourcing, job posting, screening/scheduling of applicants for interview, administering tests, initial interview of staff positions, background/reference check, participation in job fairs and processing of hiring documents.
Keeps and maintains a file of applicants for future vacancies with one (1) year retention period.
Manages the attendance monitoring system for employees, ensuring that accurate information is encoded in the database on employees' Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Emergency Leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave, tardiness and under time.
Maintains and updates the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), 201 Records of employees, various HR Files and ensures these are kept secured and confidential.
Prepares the monthly summary of personnel movements including but not limited to new hires, promotion, transfer, change in position title and disciplinary action on employees and other manpower-related reports i.e. SSS/PHIC/HDMF Report (newly hired employees); DOLE Report (separated employees) and Insurance Report (list of RI Chem employees by rank and their beneficiaries)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Recruitment/Timekeeping/Training or equivalent.
