Job Description:
Human Resources Assistant Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines
Position Summary
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of Infor's human resource department.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Benefits Administration
Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include government institutions (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR) and external vendors (e.g. life insurance).
Processes statutory benefits (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, TIN).
Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., life insurance policy and bereavement benefit)
Payroll Support
Manage payroll information, liaising with payroll department and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Set-up government loans in the payroll system.
Data Management and Administration of 201 files
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Supports employee personnel file maintenance.
Updates employee records (hard and soft copies), updating of status and dependents for government mandated.
On Boarding point of contact
Handles onboarding process of new hires - Ensures that Government Forms are submitted.
Enrollment of New hires Life Insurance and Updating of Employer in Government statutory records.
Hosts New Employee Orientation. Ensures invites to speakers are sent; and that prior to the orientation, reminders on schedules are made.
HR Benefits Customer Point of Contact
Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies and company benefits; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR team members.
Employee Engagement
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings such as Townhall, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and other HR sponsored and company-wide activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn statutory benefits management and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in related field required.
1-3 years related office experience preferred; but open to fresh grads with potential
