HR Assistant
Human Resources Assistant typically help and supports with the daily administrative operations of the human resources and provides integral services to daily operations of the company.
Specific Duties and Tasks:
Directly reports to the HRAD Manager
Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits as well as recruitment process.
Knowledgeable in timekeeping, assist in payroll preparations (absences,leave balance,manpower record etc).
Coordinates HR projects,systematically arranges files.
Encodes reports and various forms of communications.
Assist in day- to- day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Performs other related works that his/her direct superior or any higher officer of the company may assign.
Preferably Psychology or Business Administration graduate.
Knowledge in HRIS system.
With atleast 1- 2yrs experience.
