DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects Deployment Reports and Daily Time Record Forms from Project Coordinators and ensures accuracy of the timekeeping information
Identifies new employees in the deployment report to validate employee government numbers and other relevant information
Verifies employee rates from business managers for correct rate allocation
Completes manual entry of data in the payroll system within the standard processing period
Works with Project Coordinators on discrepancies regarding employee information and pay related concerns
Updates paper and electronic payroll records on adjustments on pay
Answers pay inquiries or complaints of employees regarding HR
Investigates and resolves any discrepancies or issues in payroll within the shortest possible time
Prepares and submit monthly payroll report to HR manager
Coordinates with other HR team member on task related concerns.
Participates and cooperates with HR team, on all HR and company events and activities
Performs other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be computer proficient (MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint), has keen eye for details, above average English communications skills (written and verbal).
Must have a strong interpersonal relations; flexible, patient and willing in work extended hours to attend to important company programs.
