Design, develop, and administer compensation and benefits programs
Conduct job analysis, benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure company practices are aligned with market trends
Develop and maintain compensation models and data reports for use by management and HR staff
Evaluate benefits programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and employee needs
Coordinate with external vendors and brokers for benefit program administration, negotiation, and communication
Educate management and employees on compensation and benefit policies, processes, and practices
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
Analyze and recommend changes to compensation and benefits plans to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall company performance
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Experience Level: Below 1 year
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Knowledge of HRIS software systems and database management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
The compensation and benefits role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and less than one year of experience. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and administering employee compensation and benefit programs, conducting detailed data analysis, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of HRIS software systems, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The role also requires knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits. The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools and can perform quantitative and qualitative research and handle sensitive information with discretion.
