We are looking for:
HR ASSISTANT - RECRUITMENT
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Graduate of BS/BA Psychology/ Industrial or BSBA Human Resource Development Management
With least 1-2 year/s of recruitment experience or other facets of HR.
Good communication skills.
A team player and dedicated.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word etc.).
Has strong work ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
Can work under pressure and multi-tasking.
Can start ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Performing reference and background checking.
Following up on the interview process status.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
