JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Ensures that all clerical duties related to payroll, personnel information and employee documentation are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly. Will also be responsible for record keeping, timekeeping, impartial administration of Company Rules & Regulations and implementation of HR policies & procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Head of Human Resource Department.
Daily tasks shall include gathering and encoding of employees' time records in Daily Attendance tracking system and monitors for discrepancies or unusual occurrences to ensure accuracy and maintain correct information.
Monitors habitual absences and tardiness occurred by individual employees and prepares memorandum subject for reprimand and disciplinary action in coordination with the Department/ Section heads.
Handles all duties related to payroll of all branches:
1) Calculating wages and salaries of all employees under Semi-monthly and Weekly payout.
2) Prepares 13th month pay and year end bonus computations.
3) Prepares the Conversion of Unused Leave Credits to cash
4) Prepares Last Pay computations for exiting/ separated employees.
Prepares monthly Payroll Accounting Entries
Prepares monthly government remittance report and for online payment.
Prepares and submits DOLE Year End reports of 13th month pay summary.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Essential Qualifications and Skills required:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accounting/ Human Resource Development Management or any Business related course.
Must have a good working knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications and Google Applications.
Keen observer and attention to detail.
Highly organized and meticulous in record keeping.
Able to gather and analyse facts and statistics.
Good listener, problem solver and a team player.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment.
Good interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), organizational, and presentation skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Can maintain strict confidentiality of all information and documents of the company.
Must be willing to work in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
Preferred Qualifications
With knowledge and experience in manual payroll processing is preferred.
Knowledgeable with SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig remittance of contributions.
