JOB SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for the implementation of day-to-day activities pertaining to compensation programs for employees of the Bank and Subsidiaries, except China Bank Savings, which would cover regular payroll and bonuses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology.
Required skill(s): must be knowledgeable in payroll system where sap payroll system familiarization is an advantage, can work well under pressure due to tight deadlines and heave volume of payroll work, Good oral and written communication skills, Equpped with basic knowledge in MS Excel, computer literate.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
