The HR Compensation & Benefits should:
Implement and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs;
Manage the HRIS database to ensure accurate update records of employee information, including employee profile and benefits data;
Process, manage and handles remittances of mandatory government contribution (SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF);
Manage the inventory of 201 files and ensure accuracy and completeness of the information;
Handle the administration of employee benefits, including HMO, statutory benefits, and payroll;
Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits related questions and issues;
Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regularizations related to compensation and benefits, and ensure that the company remains compliant
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other related courses.
6 months to 1 year/s of working experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations is a plus.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
