Duties and Responsibilities:
 Manage all human resources department from employee relations to payroll to compliance
issues;
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
 Coordinating all administrative activities related to company's personnel;
 Implementing systems for managing staffs compensation, benefits and payroll;
 Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
 Responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and
recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives.
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and
motivation
 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
 Nurture a positive working environment
Job Qualifications
 Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Human
Resource Development Management, Organizational Development, or other related course.
 Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner or HR
Assistant Manager
 Experience working in different facets, particularly learning and development and employee
relations
 Industry background in big companies
 Deep knowledge and background in Employee Relationship, Payroll, Compensation and
Benefits
 Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills
 Strong decision-making skills
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
 Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
 MUST be a Half Chinese and Half Filipino
 Should have experience working in a Chinese Company/Chinese owned company
 Willing to work full time on site in BGC Taguig
 Amendable working 6 days a week
 Can start ASAP
