MAIN ACTIVITIES
Employee Relations:
Research and recommend engagement, wellness and health activities relevant to the needs of the business and its employees.
Partner with External Vendors in planning, preparing and executing company-sponsored events and affairs.
Design and develop HR-related Templates and Forms to streamline HR Operations.
Maintain positive employee relations climate by responding to employees' concerns, addressing issues proactively and advising management regarding proper Company practices.
Assist with handling and preparation of disciplinary actions tracking and monitor data in HR system.
Conduct New Hire Orientation for rank & file level
Conduct exit interviews for rank and file level; compile data in a meaningful format to guide action planning.
Work with manager and training representative on annual engagement survey to ensure proper action planning via department workshops and feedback sessions.
Assist all other HR functions on an as needed basis for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or external outreach programs, job fairs, and other HR-related activities (Recruitment of rank and file position).
Help foster a work environment or culture that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
Coordinate with the leadership team for event details and presentation of event objectives and agenda.
Work, Health and Safety:
Maintains updated health records of all employees. Maintains sound coordination with HR Lead
Monitors health conditions, medicines intake and follow up check-ups.
Administer primary care or first-in-line medical attention to employees in coordination with Visiting Doctor, or in his/her absence coordinate health emergency cases to the HR Lead and/or Safety Officer
Recruitment:
Assist in contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting the HR department during the recruitment process
Records Keeping and Administration:
Generates Company ID for employees and monitoring of employee access.
Preparation and Safekeeping of 201 files for rank and file up to Team Lead position.
Preparation and monitoring of Medicine Reimbursement report of employees' consumption.
Preparation and submission of Employee Relations related reports locally or with Australia.
Compliance
Ensure that all DMS Employees complete the mandatory Compliance and Handbook Training and submit annual compliance attendance to HR Lead/Manager.
Assist in preparing the Security Clearance report (NBI)

Qualifications and Typical Experience:
Graduate of BS Psychology or Behavioural Psychology or related degrees.
1-2 years experience in Industrial Setting, with minimum medical services experience or basic life support
1-2 years experience in handling events and corporate-sponsored affairs.

Working knowledge in Employee Engagement and Culture Building.
