Sportalitys Manila Office is looking for a person that can be our "person at the office" and answer any messages coming or phone. Be the one greeting visitors and see that the staff working are ok.
That also will be our HR officer (or assistant) as we are employing account/administrative staff as well.
The tasks will be contracts, KPIs, recruitment, payrolls, contact with insurancecompanies etc. and other employee related tasks.
Experience is not mandatory since our staff will be as a support for the tasks to be done.
Important that the person is not scared of talking to anyone and really like to "speak up" and make first contact.
An great attitude can not be learned, anything else can.

A person with the right education and skills to be HR for up to 20-30 employees

Education in related field
Live or can move close to BGC in Manila.
Pluses :
Been working for a similar-sized company or in a BPO industry.
Proven skills in all fields above.
