The HR Assistant will support the Talent Attraction team in employer branding, onboarding, recruitment, and the implementation of talent attraction programs.
Responsibilities include:
Creating creative content to be posted on social media and coming up with initiatives/programs in support of the company's Employer Branding initiatives
Building talent communities and scout potential partnerships with external organizations and academe
Assisting in onboarding logistics and admin matters
Support the team's recruitment activities
Assisting in the implementation of the referral program
Contract/Term is at least 1 year.
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Management, or any 4-year related course
Must be familiar with Canva and Mailchimp
Experience in creating creative materials for different social media channels
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
Must have strong organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
Must have the ability to determine work priorities, take initiative, and work independently
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
