To assist with HR-related activities such as timekeeping, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and records management.
Timekeeping
Retrieves and checks attendance logs of employees.
Encodes all filed Paid Time-Off (PTO) and time discrepancy forms.
Prepares attendance reports and forwards/submits to HR manager.
Checks all filed and approved overtime (OT) forms against attendance logs.
Submits reports covering employees subject for deduction, attendance of employees with shifting schedules, new hire details (if applicable), and resigned employees (if applicable).
Compensation and Benefits
Administers enrollment, information updates, and notifications to Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF/ Pagibig), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Administers information updates, and notifications to Social Security System (SSS) and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC/ Philhealth).
Facilitates employee applications for statutory benefit claims (i.e. loans, sickness, maternity).
Facilitates enrollment for regular employee benefits (i.e. HMO, group insurances, and other corporate benefits).
Reports resigned employees for deletion of benefits.
Prepares Philhealth forms (CF1), as requested.
Prepares Certificates of Employment - without salary information, as requested.
Organizational Development
Conducts performance review of HR interns.
Employee Relations
Requests funds for corporate and employee engagement events.
Handles liquidation of cash advances for monthly events.
Facilitates monthly All Hands meetings.
Prepares materials needed for weekly wellness activities.
Participates in conceptualization of company events and activities.
Records Management
Attends to the proper filing and safekeeping of the 201 records for rank and file and supervisory employees
Attends to the proper filing and safekeeping of HR forms within area of responsibility (i.e. OT, PTO, and time discrepancy forms)
Others
Facilitates yearly audit of 201 files.
Attends meetings, as required.
May report on non-regular working hours, as needed.
Performs other duties as requested and within areas of expertise.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Human Resources and Development, Management, Business Management, or any four (4)-year Business-related course.
With at least one (1) year experience in timekeeping, compensation & benefits administration and other HR-related work.
