Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and develop the company's workers compensation claims system and client/vendor communication protocol
• Explain company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, and enroll workers in specified programs
Audit benefit accounts and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Coordinate with new hires to ensure completion and accuracy of benefits-related documents (such as SSS loan statements, BIR
2305 / 1905, Philhealth PMRF, HDMF MDF)
• Responsible in preparing payroll of employees
• Prepares checks and payslips
• Computes the tax annualization of all employees
• Computes monthly withholding tax
• Prepares the monthly remittances of clients

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
