JOB TITLE: HR and Payroll Software Support DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates the implementation and support of HR and Payroll Software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the client's needs.
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, and other related fields
Background in HR and Payroll software is an advantage
Open for fresh graduates
Willing to be trained
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
Must be an effective problem solver
Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
Strong organizational skills
Must be willing to do fieldwork
