As Remedy's HR and Business Operations Associate, you will support the Executive Team in all aspects of HR, Business Operations and administration.
Some aspects of the role include:
Recruitment: Managing the Kalibrr platform by creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, scheduling candidates and preparing job offers
Business Operations: Supporting the business and finance teams with regards to AP, AR, purchasing and managing government benefits/contributions
Exec Assistant: You will also be the executive assistant to help the founders with personal scheduling, coordination, meeting scheduling, note taking
Prior experience in a human resources or business operations setting is a plus but not a requirement
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Proficient with using cloud-based software (CRM, Email)
50 WPM+ typing speed
Detail oriented, organized and on-time
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
