Qualification:
Preferably with 3 yrs related experience
Must have experience handling payroll (priority), compensation and benefits, employee relations and some admin related tasks
Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Must be willing to do site visits if needed (Construction sites)
Able to work with multitask
Preferably someone who can start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration: Prepare Payroll Account Opening. Assist in the encoding of daily time keeping and payroll processing. Administer payroll compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Manage all compliance for all remittances to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pagibig .
Administrative: Travel, booking, and accommodations. Office supplies and inventory. Other related admin task
Employee Relations: end to end process
Employee Development: Help to determine training needs for employees, and to organize and coordinate learning and development programs for the organization.
