JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with Sr. Recruitment Officer – (Candidate Management) for Onboarding Process specifically to Arrange PreEmployment Requirements and Preparation of Orientation Schedule
Facilitates HR Orientation for New Joining Employees and the end to end first day newbie experience.
Database Management of Active and Passive Candidates, Endorsement Tracker, JD Library, and Competitors Analysis
Compilation of Pre-employment requirements of new hires and getting up to date with the Trackers
Prepares for Email request template and Company ID Prepares Welcome notes and Bank forms and other documents for signing
To serve as Training Assistant to HR Manager during Trainings
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or relevant field.
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Experience with Training or Onboarding process, Experience with recruitment is a plus
Good Oral and Written communication skill in English
