This position is responsible for reviewing, measuring, defining, monitoring HR strategic pillar metrics, and recommending improvement of these metrics.
It is also responsible in measuring the effectiveness of HR programs that are aligned to business strategies.
Responsible in transforming data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound organizational or business decisions.
Ensures that collection, processing and presentation of data are in compliance with the Data Privacy Act
Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Statistics, Economics or Business
At least 3 years' experience in conducting research and analyzing large data
Knowledgeable in Analytics roadmap
Preferred to have handled projects or initiatives
Willing for Fixed-term / Project-based for 1 Year
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
