Position Overview:
The successful candidate will provide HR advisory to first and middle level managers to drive business desired behaviors and a high performing culture. S/he will coordinate and participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of people programs, processes, and tools.
Responsibilities:
Supports the full lifecycle recruiting and facilitates seamless new hire experience for the assigned business group/s
Supports in the development and implementation of talent programs such as performance management, career discussions, high performing and high potential, and coaching, among others.
Develops, implements, and communicates changes for specific HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, employer branding, employee engagement, and talent and development
Guides first and middle level managers in handling disciplinary actions or cases
Delivers actionable reports and insights to enable decision makers and stakeholders
May be involved in other HR or site initiatives and projects
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree

At least 2 - 5 years broad knowledge, proven industry experience, and demonstrated leadership skills in Human Resources
Knowledge in labor relations, talent management, and wellbeing initiatives
Experience in either leading or actively participating in change and transformation programs
Strong track record of flexibility, resilience, and in managing multiple priorities and changing business needs in a fast-paced and remote global environment
Excellent communicator with effective listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Must be willing to work on a flexible and mid-shift schedule
