What this job involves:
Strategic Partnership
Establish key stakeholder relationships and work across boundaries to drive results
Support business in annual talent cycles, specifically year-end review and compensation planning
Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at root cause with the intention to arrive at sustainable solutions
Diagnose, coach and /or advise managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity and engagement challenges
Actively leverage the HR Platforms and available technology in order to drive value and results
Advocating People Strategy
Diagnose, coach and /or advise managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity and engagement challenges
Advocate the culture of diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others to understand ways to optimize JLL's values
Support talent transitions/ employee movement
Positioning yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all of your interactions
Lead or participate in varied projects impacting business results
Support business in expansion where applicable, and stabilization of new business, continuously looking after our employee experience
Drive activities including but not limited to: employee cascades, engagement, new hire onboarding
Compliance
Collate data for government reportorial requirements, acting as Subject Matter Expert on regulatory requirements to ensure employer compliance
Works with Legal team as it relates to managing employee concerns: disciplinary actions, performance issues

Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in HR Management, behavioral science, or related course
With at least 5 years HR experience gained from Shared Services or BPO environment, ideally in a Generalist capacity, including employee engagement, employee relations
Working knowledge of Workday a plus
High aptitude for developing lasting relationships with stakeholders
Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with composure, complete confidentiality

Strong communication skills
