This includes partnering with HR Business Partners on talent advisory talent management, learning & development policy and procedures reward and project initiative to support the Bank&rsquos People Strategy. To review and improve the people-data reporting provision across the business, delivering proactive information to line managers and business stakeholders which informs business decisions driving the transition of the people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting into a predictive and trend-focused approach. The post holder will work with internal stakeholders of the Human Resources function to maximise the effectiveness of key strategic and operational projects across Reward, Talent, Engagement & Resourcing, Organisational Design and HR Business Partnering and HR Operations Our Ideal Candidate HR Generalist and advisory skills and knowledge. Experience in Data Analytics is a plus. Effective coaching and facilitation skills. Ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively. Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment. Strategic thinking Able to build credible relationships across the business.
