HR Advisor, Manila Human Resources

About the Role
In this opportunity as HR Advisor, you will:
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the full lifecycle recruiting
Facilitate seamless new hire experience for the assigned business group/s
Support in the development and implementation of talent, leadership, and OD programs such as career discussions, high performing, and high potential employees check-ins, and learning sessions to managers
Develop and implement exceptional employee experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, employer branding, employee engagement, and employee transition
Guide first and middle-level managers in handling disciplinary actions or cases
Deliver actionable reports and insights to enable decision-makers and stakeholders
Be involved in special HR projects and site initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree
At least 2 - 5 years broad knowledge, proven industry experience, and demonstrated leadership skills in Human Resources
Knowledge in labor relations, talent management, and wellbeing initiatives
Experience in either leading or actively participating in change and transformation programs
Strong track record of flexibility, resilience, and in managing multiple priorities and changing business needs in a fast-paced and remote global environment
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and effective presentation skills
Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Must be willing to work on a flexible and mid-shift
