Assesses HR policies, processes and procedures that will lead to development and or enhancements and improvement. . Ensures critical annual cycle HR processes are executed on time e.g. performance management, talent review career development plan by proactive monitoring and ensuring the managers are fully supported. . Plans and develops multiple short - term HR related projects and contribute to medium term initiatives for may be rolled out across LOBs. . Manages complex HR initiatives/rollouts that are aligned - to global projects or specific to the location. . Oversees the adherence to HR compliance and ensures that non-compliance issues are promptly handled in a proactive and timely manner. . Supports in the delivery of global organizational development activities such as job analysis, organization review and alignment, change management that support growth and expansion plans of Infor. . Partners and support L&D team in capability gap analysis and training needs analysis coordinate development and implementation of development programs according to the identified talent development needs of the business units. . Acts as HR Sponsor for various employee engagement groups. . Consolidates and analyzes data to identify common themes across LOBs that will lead to the development of HR interventions. . Participates and at times manages special tasks and projects that may be assigned. What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: . Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business or other equivalent courses . At least 8 years of HR generalist experience . Preferably with technical expertise in organizational development tools and processes . Significant knowledge of local employment laws, statutory guidelines and HR practices . Strong consultation skills focused on client service excellence working in collaboration with key stakeholders and global and local business leaders. . Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels. . Able to critically assess and synthe themes and issues and spot opportunities for collaboration and alignment that will create value for one's role and team. . Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills . Excellent problem solving and analysis skills . Able to handle conflicting priorities . Resilient and agile . Ability to manage and keep highly confidential information and conversations.
