Our Exciting Opportunity
The OM Administrator supports safeguards that the operational organization set-up in SuccessFactors-Employee Central (SF EC) reflects reality and that the units have the right relationships assigned in EC based on input from responsible stakeholders.
You will
Secures approval takes place when transfers of units/positions between different operational organizations occur
Checks and approves changes, based on decision by the responsible stakeholders, to be done in SF EC affecting the organization structure and headcount in the operational organization
Safeguards that positions within their geographical area are linked and not double linked
Performs the role of Restructure Specialist with utmost emphasis on accuracy and data quality
Ensures the accuracy of the Operational structure for Mass Restructures & Other Form requests
Assists in developing operational plans to make processes more efficient
Receives OM requests through:
SF EC workflow
HRCM Ticketing tool
Mass Uploads PowerApps
To be successful in the role you must have
Operational Excellence - First Time Right
Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
Cross cultural sensitivity for diverse customers
Able to prioritize work requests
Good problem-solving skills
MS Office (especially MS Outlook and MS Excel)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Psychology or other related courses.
2+ years of HRMS or SuccessFactors experience
