Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Services Inc is growing! We are looking for a Sr. HR Administrator to deliver Success Factor and HRMS Services to specific Ericsson companies globally and to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as defined in the Service Delivery Agreement (SDA).
You will
Receives job requests through:
Tickets in HRCM
Case requests in Power Apps
Emails in Group Mailbox
Checks the correctness of the data in the forms.
Registers, validates, and manage data in the system (i.e. recording, changing and delimiting records)
Conducts Internal Quality Checks to ensure that data encoded in Success Factor HRMS are accurate
Dispatch requests within the team
Assess and updates data in team's Utility tool, Power Apps and HRCM in a timely manner
Follow-up requests for the pending requests
Coordinates or raises concerns and issues encountered by the GFPL to the concerned group
Perform Mass Upload request in Success Factor and ensure quality of the uploaded data
Prepares LSMW template for upload in HRMS and ensure quality of the uploaded data
Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings and governance sessions
Supports project implementation (i.e coordination, data gathering, data validation, documentation, perform UAT/BVT)
To be successful in the role you must have
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
1+ years experience as HR Administrator
Knowledge in SuccessFactors, HRMS (SAP-HR), HR Case Management (HRCM), Eridoc, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, PowerApps)
