Introduction:?
Our HR Administrator will support the successful delivery of all People Services operations activity. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support on HR & Payroll processing and guidance to all customers whilst ensuring confidentiality at all times. The HR Administrator is the face of People Services for the business and key to ensuring an excellence experience for employees and managers seeking support from People Services. ?
What you will do:?
? * Support a team of HR specialists to deliver excellent customer service to the business by responding to employee queries, ensuring a right first-time approach.
? * The HR Administrator will manage the triage of new cases and provide administration support on People Services employee related processes.
? * Provide support to managers and employees with first line responses on all new queries for People Services related matters and escalate when required.
? * Support the education of all managers and employees on People Services processes and policies where required.
? * Support the people operations team with phone support and administrative duties to ensure a successful conclusion in line with defined targets.
? * Participate in development projects across People Services departments to continue to improve automation and data control within our HR systems.

What you are responsible for: ?
? * Ensure the provision of accurate advice and guidance to all customers as defined in company HR policies, processes and procedures.
? * Provide effective and accurate maintenance of all employee data on company HRIS in line with authorised requests and defined People Services policies, processes and procedures as well as legislative needs.
? * Provide support to the business in the use of the online training system, including support for system developments and changes and booking and management of training courses.
? * Manage the filing, scanning and archiving of all People Services documents as required.
? * Be responsible for managing the HR email inbox and distributing workloads as appropriate.
? * Triage cases raised by employees through our communication tool ensuring a response where required in line with our current targets.
? * Manage regular compliance checks to ensure data integrity.
? * Support the administration of all People Operations processes including but not limited to payroll, changes, leavers, absence, training administration, referencing, etc.
? * Support the business with queries on People Services matters including triage & escalation as appropriate.
? * Provide administrative support to key People Services annual activities and projects, such as the Annual Flex Benefits opening, pay review, voucher provision and other ad hoc projects.
? * Support and assist with all People Services projects as required.
? * Adhere to the People Services defined targets.
? * Support on the phone lines when required and triage the calls to the relevant departments.

? * Competent in Microsoft applications and can pick up new software processing with ease.
? * Administrative background and can hit the ground running.
? * Working in a team to required levels and targets.
? * Practical understanding of processes within a business
? * Must be willing to report in BGC, Taguig and work on Dayshift Schedule
? * Available to start ASAP
