HR/ADMIN
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Keep and update employee records and databases.
Booking meetings and scheduling events.
Take down weekly minutes of the meeting.
Being actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Responsible for making payroll and pay slips.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field.
Graduates of any 4 years course, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably with experience as a HR/Admin is a plus. At least 1-2 years of experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information.
Flexible, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision.
