Abejo Waters Corp. is a bulk water company engaged in the supply and distribution of potable water, well drilling and development, and general construction services. It is one of the biggest bulk water suppliers for Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) serving the whole Metro Cebu area with a volume of 18 million liters per day (MLD).
We are looking for interested applicants who are qualified for the following:
HR ADMIN SUPPORT STAFF
(For AWC SUBSIDIARIES located in Naga City, Cebu; Panglao; Siargao)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Vice-President for Admin and Logistics
Provide support to the admin staff of AWC subsidiaries
Provide support in the hiring (and clearance) process of employees- draft job hiring announcement and employment contract, office/phone interview scheduling, on boarding of new
employees
Assist HR in handling disciplinary meetings (subsidiary level) and issuance of office memos
Provide assistance to employees with medical concerns and facilitate employees' HMO insurance claims
Payroll monitoring of subsidiaries
Assist HR in conducting team building activities within the subsidiaries
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to start work immediately
Graduate of any 4-year college course
HR work background is an advantage
Proficient in oral and written English
Computer literate, internet savvy
Fast learner, reliable worker
Pays attention to details, highly organized
Willing to travel and perform field work
Possess "get the job done" attitude
Team player, cooperative but can also work independently with minimum supervision
