Job Title: HR & Admin Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Administration Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR processes, compliance with company policies, and effective coordination of administrative support services.
Job Summary and Qualification:
HUMAN RESOURCES DUTIES
Supervise day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and labor law requirements are consistently implemented.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave administration, and HRIS updates.
Support performance management cycles, employee evaluations, and training programs.
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff and supervisors.
Coordinate payroll-related activities and ensure timely submission of HR data.
ADMIN DUTIES
Ensure that all legal requirements are compiled on time and up to date, compiled, and safe kept. (Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, Fire, GIS, SEC, Insurance & Vehicle registration)
Responsible for the registration and renewal of all vehicles.
Prepares SEC General Information Sheet for submission and annual renewal
Prepares for the assessment of company property taxes.
Prepares contracts of lease for apartments, warehouses and condominiums
In-charge in safekeeping and monitoring of all contracts of lease
Assists prospective tenant/client in the viewing of the unit
Administer the readiness and turn-over of the leased unit
Deals with client's inquiries and tenant's complaints
Prepare and monitor the POs of gasoline for all company vehicles.
Monitor(s) working tools issued to Sales Personnel.
Handles receipts & distribution of mails & packages
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate head or top management from time to time.
Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
